As an extension to the LabelStar® family, the RotoStar™ rotary labeler was designed for complex labeling applications. With its fully servo-driven control system, the RotoStar™ can be configured to apply labels for a multitude of applications and can also be coupled with an outserting station for top or side insertions. This high-speed labeling machine boasts the most up-to-date technology, which allows it to perform complex tasks for both labeling and outserting.


The Capmatic® RotoStar™ is our fastest and most flexible labeling system, capable of processing up to 400 BPM**.The RotoStar™ can apply pressure sensitive labels on the top, neck, shoulder, front, or back both round and shaped bottles. Designed for the pharmaceutical industry, the Rotostar™ can also be equipped to apply a top or side outsert to the container. Bottles are delivered by a feedscrew to a servo-driven infeed starwheel. The bottles are transferred into individual holding plates where the bottles are clamped from the top by a centering chuck, and then rotated to different stations.

    The FLRS will automatically apply faulty labels onto independent backing paper to ensure easy reconciliation of faulty labels and to comply with Track & Trace requirements. This reduces the amount of waste as bottles will not be rejected as a result of a faulty label.
