Labeling machines such as the MonoStar™ Pharma labeler is specifically intended for the diagnostic and pharmaceutical industries. In a first for the pharmaceutical packaging sector, Capmatic MonoStar™ Pharma applies pressure-sensitive labels on unstable containers such as vials, ampules, or syringes at high speed using an automatic continuous motion.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
The MonoStar™ Pharma labeler is suitable for marking inconsistent items or containers. Containers may be loaded and gathered gently before and after labeling using the system's infeed and outfeed trays.
The Faulty Label Reconciliation System (FLRS) device has been built with Track & Trace functionality to ensure erroneous labels are removed before affixed to containers. An existing manufacturing line may be readily linked with the labeler.
Bar code scanners, vision system inspections, OCV inspections of lot #/expiration date, label code verification, and label presence sensors are some of the quality verification stations available in this unit. If an inspection fails, the container will be deemed faulty and thrown away.
